We had M&M Factory Service repair our dryer which was under warranty. Â They did a fantastic job communicating and repairing. Â Although it took a while to get through to the call center for an appointment (~15 minutes), I’m chalking that up to problems with the pandemic — every call center seems slow. Â However, they were able to get my repair on their schedule at a time that worked for me, they called in advance to confirm, the repairman called the morning of the repair and communicated with me by phone to explain what he did (I couldn’t be there). Â I would recommend them highly.
We bought the extended warranty from Lowes. We had a problem with our ice maker and they called M&M. They called before they arrived, and they were on time. The serviceman was very professional and did not make any mess. He was very familiar with the problem and very prompt with the repair. We have used these guys 2 times, now. I have referred many friends to use them. We are very pleased with their service.
M&M with Kayla and the rest of the staff I have dealt with this last month while our LG refrigerator has had issues has been extremely helpful at every turn and I am eternally grateful. Finally the third part for the refrigerator repair has arrived at my house and I am looking forward to the repairman coming to fix the refrigerator in the next day or so. Thanks to everybody for being so helpful.
Just had them come service a broken refrigerator via our 2-10 Home Warranty contract. The company seems to be based in Charlotte, NC but we’re in Weaverville, NC. They were easy to schedule with, showed up on time, and their tech, Steve, was amazing and went way out of his way to get us the part we needed. Very happy customers.
